Frequently Asked Questions about Payments

How long does activation take after payment by transfer?
After we receive the proof of transfer by email, your service is activated within 24 business hours. If payment is made via card with Stripe, activation is immediate.
Are my card details stored on your servers?
No. Card payments are processed exclusively by Stripe, a PCI DSS level 1 certified platform. Angola On-Line does not store or have access to your card details.
Can I pay in foreign currency (USD, EUR)?
Yes. We accept payments in Kwanza (AOA), Dollar (USD), and Euro (EUR). For international clients who wish to pay by SWIFT transfer, contact our team for full instructions.
What should I put in the bank transfer reference?
Always put the invoice number (ex: INV-2024-001), which you can find in the Client Area. This allows us to identify the payment and activate the service as quickly as possible.
When will payment by Multicaixa Express be available?
We are working on the integration of Multicaixa Express and expect to make it available soon. You can register your interest through the contact form and you will be notified as soon as the method is active.
